Getting Back to "Normal" or am I??

So many things to do, So little time! Gma week was good, but not as good as a few years ago-the atmosphere was so different. You could tell everyone was feeling the "economy issues". I was kinda suprised that the body of Christ was acting like the world in some aspects.

For example, we had a worship session and no one acted like they were worshipping. Yes, I am aware that people worship differently...but to have to ask a crowd to stand like 5 times is in my mind-crazy! I love to worship my Lord! I love music-certainly the kind that gives glory to the one that saved me from all the junk I was in....(am in sometimes).

The other classes were good. Some informative, some really borrrrring...!! It was a great trip over all!

In Family news....I cried when I got back. My sweet baby girl didn't recognize me and only wanted her Daddy. She wouldn't even go to me the first day, but she ended up waking up the next morning knowing who I am-so not all lost!

I had to schedule Caitlyn's surgery-she'll have tubes put into both ears on May 6th. I am a little nervous...but God will take care of it all! She has had 6 ear infections in the last 8 months....not a good thing. The last time, the doctor said he couldn't even see an opening in her ear. So, we are praying this will help tremendously!

In Zoe news....I am in the midst of planning two events for the bookstore. One is for young girls, it's called "Gigi, God's little princess" Day. We have crafts, book reading and the girls come all dressed up. We had a great turn out last year....so we'll see.
Second and the most time consuming.....our "Women's Tea Day". I have been planning this for a year! We'll have women in the church, including Pastor Cherie giving an excerpt from their favorite book and a testimony with it. Along with tea cakes and tea cups!
We had a tasting last night and loved the food, the budget however, is a whole different ball game! I left a little dissapointed and overwhelmed at so much to do in so little time!! I can't believe it's flown up on me......I have a list as long as the eiffel tower is tall it seems like!
I am excited about it and I know God is just gonna do some A.maz.ing things with the day!
Enough for now...I might post some silly pics later today...we'll see. I'm going to pray and plan!

I'm glad your little one remembered you the next day! Sometimes I worry about that when I leave the girls at daycare!

It is sad that people were feeling the economy so much as such a joyful celebration.
